After my dog ate a toy this weekend I had the opportunity to experience another clinic and it opened my eyes to how wonderful you folks really are! I appreciate you all taking the time to walk through everything with me. I really felt like you cared about my dog. The empathy and compassion you all show is wonderful. You made a stressful situation bearable. Thank you all so much!!

I have to say that I have been using Park Place for years and the care all my animals have received throughout these years has been nothing short of amazing. Recently I have made multiple trips between my dog and cat. The care Dr. Lang and all the staff members provide is pure compassion and love and make everything better! Thank you for all you do!!

Went here today for the first time with my kitten and loved it. The staff was SUPER friendly, the place was so clean, and everyone in there seemed really happy to bring their animals there. Even though I had to wait a little longer than I thought I would to get into my appointment, a staff member came over to talk about my kitten with me and discuss health options for him before I saw the vet. They even gave me a bag with all sorts of helpful information along with a toy and a sample of flea medication even though I didn’t need it! I will be bringing my dog here from now on as well and I will be sure to recommend them to others.

What a tremendous loss for the community and this earth ….I will always be so so grateful for the love and compassion she showed my baby Gretta when she needed help to pass over the Rainbow Bridge. Winnie wasn’t even our vet and she made room for us to come as we were so distraught…what an angel she was to us and to Gretta….I hope she is peaceful with all her family and furry family …rip and thank you Winnie

I have been seen at Park Place 4 times since I was attacked by a bull dog earlier this fall. Fortunately, my regular vet was on call when I needed emergency treatment and stitches. I’ve had 3 rounds of antibiotics and other meds. My very kind vet has emailed several times to check in on me. The vets and staff at Park Place Veterinary Hospital in Swanzey are always patient, caring and gentle with me. They’re also part of the group of vets in the Keene area who rotate being on call nights, weekends and holidays so someone is always available if needed, when some vets just leave a call number for the emergency hospital in Nashua. I’m so thankful for the staff and vets at Park Place! Woof!

Why is it that we do not have a 10 STAR option?!! Great, Wonderful and Warm are just a touch on the team of professionals at Park Place. Thank you for your care and attentiveness throughout all my visits.

The entire staff is caring, courteous and a pleasure.

Thank you Dr. Reilly for getting the pot holder loop out of Weezer, he’s totally back to being his old self. You’re the best!

And thanks to Brenda for babysitting me through the whole thing.

Just moved here a few months ago and have been to the vet twice – the doctors are very thorough and explain everything. They make our dogs as comfortable as possible during visits. Thrilled that I have these people to help up with the furry members of our family!

 Dear Dr. Lang,

We were the 9pm call you received tonight about a 13 week old GSD puppy (Ruck) who thought it would be a fantastic idea to swallow a whole sock. I’m so happy we reached you, because despite the fact that you had no idea if we even did business with your clinic, and despite the fact that it was 9 at night, you responded with kindness, directions on exactly what to do, and reassurance that if it didn’t work, we could contact you back to be seen right away.

After a speedy drive to Keene from Alstead (with Ruck’s big sister, Emma, in tow for supervision and emotional support) we managed to administer the hydrogen peroxide…and I’m happy to report that Ruck successfully yacked up the sock…after taking an obscenely large poop…while I watched in horror in my pajamas…all in the Hannafords parking lot

This may have been a less entertaining story if we didn’t end up with you on the other end of the line, and although it may seem small to you, it meant the world to us. So thank you, Dr. Lang, you’re a rock star.

Warm regards,
Shelley, John, Emma and Ruck
